Biography
I met her once in Rome, Floyd County, Georgia. She gave me pictures of her grandfather Richard Dickerson Parris and her grandmother, Margaret (Molly) Rayburn Parris that had been restored from tin-type photo. Carrie said she never had a middle name. When she was born her parents lived on the left side of State Line Baptist Church. When we met she was visiting from her home in Jacksonville, Fl. I do not know her married name. She had an older sister (20 years older).
