I notice you have added pages from the Parshall family book, but I note that it doesn't cite any sources for the marriage, though it does cite other sources. Similarly the familysearch source again cites unreliable sources - Burkes again, and online genealogies.
The History of Parliament article that might have the latest research indicates that Catherine was the daughter of Thomas Harcourt, and that John Peshall married twice, Catherine Harcourt and a woman named Ellen (surname unknown), however the sources it cites still need to be checked.
