Annie Harden was born in ~1874. Her father was William Harden ( - ).

Annie married Joshua Columbus Blackwelder (1858 - 1920) on July 17, 1911 in Cabarrus, North Carolina, United States.

Research Notes

There are lots of Annie Harden records belonging to fathers William Harden (varying middle initials and mothers) on familysearch.org, but without further information it is impossible to tell which is the correct family. Name is recorded as Annie Hilton (see image, this is not a transcription error), and father is William Harden (again, not a transcription error) with no mother listed and both noted as "dead" on 17 Jul 1911.

Josh's obituary states that he was married 3 times & was survived by his last wife. This probably means that Annie had died. And he remarried in September 1914 to Bettie Esther Hayes. So she probably passed away sometime before then.
