Biography

John Franklin Hardin was born on February 1, 1850 in Boone, Watauga, North Carolina, United States, son of Henry W. Hardin (1821–1904) and Nancy Lucinda Horton (1824–1909).[1]

John married Martha H Councill (born in 1857 in North Carolina; daughter of Jacob Mast Councill and Sarah S (Lewis) Councill).

In 1860, John (10) was in the household of Henry W Hardin. [1]

In 1880, John (30) was in the household of Sallie L. Councill in Boone, Watauga, North Carolina. [2]

John died on January 22, 1932 in Boone, aged 81.[3]
