Waldo was born in 1894. He was the son of George Harding and Edna Lean. He passed away in 1901.

Note: POB listed as Gleorton; no such township in Osceola County, Iowa. The 2nd birth record lists POB as Goewey Township, which is where brother Clarence was born.
