Biography
John Taylor Harding was born in 1835 in Shirehampton, Bristol, England, United Kingdom. He was baptised in Bristol on 2nd April by parents John and Jane. [1]
John (22) married Patty Rolls (22) (born 1834 in London, England; daughter of John Etherington Welch Rolls (1807–1870) and Elizabeth Mary (Long) Rolls (1813–1879)) in 1857 in St George Hanover Square, London, England. John was an Esquire of Merton College in the university of Oxford, his father John was an Esquire as was Patty's father John EW Rolls, Wm Rolls and Elizabeth Harcourt Rolls were witnesses. [2] The couple had 4 children.
In 1871 John and Pattie were living in Rockfield with their 4 sons; John R, Charles A, Francis H, George V. John was a Clergyman. [3]
John died in 1928 in Rockfield near Monmouth, Monmouthshire, Wales, United Kingdom, aged 92. [4]
