Biography

Synthia Ann Harding, daughter of Solomon and Catherine (McCall) Harding, was born on 18 Feb. 1836 in Indiana.[1] She appeared on the census of 24 Oct. 1850 in the home of her parents at Wapello County, Iowa.[2]

She married Daniel Burris on 5 Oct. 1855 at Wapello County, Iowa.[3]

She and Daniel appeared on the census of 20 June 1860 at Locust Grove, Jefferson County, Iowa.[4] She and Daniel appeared on the census of 21 June 1870 at Abingdon, Jefferson County, Iowa.[5] She and Daniel appeared on the census of 17 June 188 at Douglas, Polk County, Oregon.[6]

Synthia died on 10 Sep. 1904 at Yamhill County, Oregon and was buried at Hillsboro Pioneer Cemetery, Hillsboro, Washington County, Oregon. Her memorial has photos and links to those of family members. [1]
