When Wilbert Dexter Hardman was born on October 29, 1915, in Kanawha City, West Virginia He was the son of Wilbert Hardman and Orah Samples. He died on September 11, 1998, in Charleston, West Virginia, at the age of 82, and was buried in Clendenin, West Virginia.[1]
