Esther (Hardwick) Chesterton was born in Northamptonshire, England.
Esther, daughter of Lidya Hardwick, was born on 1 August 1820 and baptised on 13 September 1820 in Towcester, Northamptonshire, England.[1]
In the 1861 census Esther (age 40) was the wife of Robert Chesterton in Leicestershire, England.[2]
Birth year from Census Data 1841 through 1871 Death date from England & Wales, Free BMD Death Index, 1837-1915. She died at her brother's home on Pocklington's Walk in Northampton, but her body was brought back to Leicester for burial at Welford Road Cemetery.
