William was born in 1865.
Jessie HARLAND and Brig. William Frederick Kyle HARDY were married on 23 Aug 1899 in Harefield. Brig William Frederick Kyle HARDY (son of General HARDY) was born on 14 Mar 1865. The name Kyle is through the Hardy side where a branch of the family (Hugenots) had to give up their chateau near Nimes in the south of France. They then travelled to Cork where there was a Bishop Kyle of Cork. Virginia Dearden (nee Hardy) has a superb oil painting dating from the early 1800s.
