Olive was born about 1640. She is the daughter of the John Hardy whose will was probated 9 June 1677. In this will he mentions his daughter Olive, wife of Giles Driver. In 1676, being mentioned in John Hardy's will, Olive Hardy is married to Giles Driver and has two children by him.
Giles Driver married his second wife, Olive Hardy, in 1675[1] and had children:

Olive Driver, relict, by will was appointed to administer her husband's estate. 11 Aug 1677.[2]
John Dunnin's will dated 28 Dec 1676 and proved 9 July 1677, left legacies to the wife of Mr. Giles Driver and to Giles' daugher, Hardy Driver. Giles Driver as appointed executor.[3] Giles died about this time, and Olive Driver was appointed to execute Dunnin's will.[2] Mrs. Olive Driver presented the inventory of John Dunning 9 June 1677[4]
John Pitt’s wife was the relict of Mr Giles Driver, and gave her daughter Hardy five sheep, one young mare &e, warranting sd. mare to her the sd. Hardy Driver: Deed 7/8/1680. Isle of Wight, Virginia. Deed 8 July, 1680. [5]
