Jesse was born on 18 December 1836 in Maryland. He was the son of Jacob B Hare and Elizabeth (Feather) Hare.[1]

In the 1880 census Jesse (age 43) was living in District 5, Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Marital Status: Married. Relation to Head of House: Self.[1]

Jesse died at the age of 78 on 28 December 1914 in Hampstead, Carroll County, Maryland, USA and was buried in Baltimore County, Maryland, USA.[2]
