11 Nov 1830: Zelekia Rankin Hargis and William Marcus were married in Lawrence County, Missisippi.[1]
1860 Census: Zilica and Wm (55) Marcus are living in the Jackson Township of Union County, Arkansas. The record notes that Zilica was 48 and born in Tennessee. There are 7 children in the household.[2]
