Biography
The Mother (Eliza Martin) of Emma Clay Hargrove died about four months after Emma was born. I could not find Emma in the 1860 Federal Census. Her father was listed by himself, so I do not know who was caring for Emma at that time. In about 1861 Harrison married Caroline Sewell and two sons were born in 1862 and 1865.
In the 1870 Federal Census Harrison was married to Penelope.[1]
