The record of Sarah Jane's birth and death are written on her tombstone. She is buried in the Deer Creek Methodist Church Cemetery located in Hickory, Maryland.[1] She married Herman Pyle on 3 JAN 1846 and her marriage liscense is on file at the Harford County Historical Society [2]
