1878 - Cadillac, 14 yr old son dies of Diphtheria

1891 - Charlevoix, Michigan - wife dies, her death cert says she is married so assume John still living
1899 - daughter Elizabeth and husband die in boating accident in Lake Huron, they lived in Charlevoix, Michigan

At the time of the 1991 printing of The Harman Book, we had no proof this John belonged to Adam & Mary Harman. Since then (2023) we have had two auDNA matches to his descendants.
Note - there are only four families separating them from John's 1st cousin, Hannah Woodroe.

found a death for a John Harmon, age 74 in 1896 in Adams Twp, Arenac, Michigan. Born Canada, but no parents listed. Says he is married. So not sure this is him.
