Olivia Francis or Francis Olivia was born about 1860. She is the daughter of Derius Harman and Charlotte Anderson. She was married to Gustavus Adolphus Miller on 17 Jul 1880 by Rev. Stanley in Holy Trinity Church, Prince George's County, Maryland and lived in Dover, Delaware. She is buried at Christ Episcopal Church Cemetery, Dover, Kent, Delaware.

Her children were: lla Frances Miller, born 16 June 1881, died 14 April 1926, Edward Franklin Miller, born 12 Nov. 1883, died 9 May 1886, Clarissa Belle Miller, born 3 July 1888, Gustavus Adolphus Miller Jr., born 20 June 1889, died 9 Aug.1889, Augustus Bishop Miller, born 4 Dec 1892, died 26 June 1894
