Why is Elisha listed as a half brother to all of the other children of Valentine Harmon? He was born after the marriage of Valentine and Sarah. He also is the second child born during the marriage, after Betty Ann. Thank you.

I entered the original Tree, but have never posted anything regarding whether DNA confirms this individual as an ancestor. Due to the way Wikitree allows others to make changes, someone entered the comment regards to DNA. I will only make changes or comments if I feel there is a blatant error, otherwise I am leaving these posts be. I put the tree on your site for future reference and to help others in the search.

In order to mark a parent confirmed with DNA on WikiTree you need a statement on the child’s profile explaining how you used DNA to confirm the relationship. Information about all of the DNA tests used for the confirmation need to be entered on the profiles of the test-takers, and each of the test-takers’ profiles needs to have a privacy level of at "private with public biography and family tree" so that people not on the trusted list can see the test information.
