Mar.22,1966-Funeral services for Mrs.Ella Bieber, 96, who died Tuesday afternoon at Forrest Memorial Hospital, will be held Thursday in Stevens Funeral Home. Services will be conducted by Rve.Edgar Harvey and Rev.Andrew Jackson, with burial in Forrest Park cemetery. Born Jan.29,1870, in Strayhorne, Miss., Mrs.Bieber was the daughter of Miriah Byram and John Harmon. She had made her home here and in the Pine Tree community, west of Colt, the past 55 years. A Methodist, she had been a patient at Forrest Hill since suffering a fall in October. Prior to that, she made her home with her granddaughter, Mrs.Thelmer Dempsey of Pine Tree. In 1889. she married J.L.Bieber, who died in 1951. A son, A.C.Bieber, also preceded her in death. Survivors include anothhr son, Claud T.Bieber, also of Pine Tree; three grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren. Forrest City Times-Herald.
