Dominicus Harmon was born in 1767 in Scarborough, Maine. His parents were Jonathan Harmon and Dorcas Harmon[1].

He married Susanna Freeman on 3 April 1788 in Gorham, Maine[2]. They settled in Buxton, Maine [1], where their twelve children were born[1]:

3. James Oliver, born 20 Sep 1792; married Keziah Berry

Dominicus passed away on 20 December 1838 in Standish, Maine[1].
