Biography

Early Life

Bernhard Harms (GMOL #4503) was born in 1824. [1] He was the son of Maria Giesbrecht (GMOL #4490) and Johann Johann F. Harms (GMOL #4489).

Note: He first owned an oil mill in the village of Hierschau, Molotschna.

When the village of Friedensruh, Molotschna, was settled in 1857, he was one of the original settlers.
