Biography
Berent Harms marriage certificate indicated that he had posted banns in Coevorden. He stated that he was from Groningen. My guess is that he was stationed in Groningen. His marriage certificate said Berent Harms is a Soldier in the first battalion Orange Stad en Lande in the Company of the Lieut. Colonel Gosse Bennema. His son's birth certificate indicated that when his son was born he already died. So married in 1772 and on March 1st of 1773 he already passed away.
