Name: Anne Harney, the daughter of Luke Harney and Margaret. Anne's baptism record has not been located as yet. Anne's birth is estimated about 1825 in Cahir, Tipperary, Ireland, or Glengarry, Ontario, Canada, where her father settled and received patented land from the Crown.

Marriage 1 Feb 1851. Alexandria, Ontario, Canada to Murdock McAvoy, son of John McAvoy (also spelled McEvoy).
