Philip Raymond Harney of Williamstown, KY was born March 8, 1940 in Cincinnati, OH and died June 27, 2016 in Williamstown at the age of 76.
Philip was the son of the late Ben Granville and Rose Marie Riley Harney. He was a U.S. Army Reserve Veteran, a retired Sergeant for the Kentucky State Police Post 6, former City of Williamstown Police Chief, an SPI Graduate, FBI National Academy Graduate, a member of the Crittenden-Dry Ridge #694 F & AM, and a member of the Immanuel Church of Christ, St. Bernard, OH. On December 31, 1959, Philip was united in marriage to his wife Sandra Kalkbrenner Harney. from Find-a-Grave.
