James was born in Inglewood Vic in 1885. He was the son of John Harper and Elizabeth Blandthorn. [1]
He married Florence Scott in Broken Hill in 1912. [2] He passed away in Broken Hill in1944. [3]
He is buried in Broken Hill Cemetery. [4]
