Biography
Filmore Harper was born on 16 Mar 1880 in Summer Shade, Metcalfe, Kentucky, United States, son of William Jasper Harper (1841 - 1908) and Casander (Perkins) Harper (1851 - 1917).
His brother was Virgil Thomas Harper (1877 - 1961).
Filmore married Shirley Eliza Carlisle (1896 - 1980) on 1 Oct 1955 in Alvin, Brazoria, Texas, United States.
Filmore died on 24 Aug 1961 in Houston, Harris, Texas aged 81. He is buried in Cedarvale Cemetery, Bay City, Texas.[1][2]
