Harper-198 and Harper-2729 appear to represent the same person because: Difference between Experience Hull (Harper-198 & Experience Harper (Harper-2729 is --- Harper-198 shows the married name of Experience Harper to be Hull. Some Biography needs to be included. I would suggest

Harper-2729 merge into Harper-198 to reflect the marriage of Experience Harper Hull.
