On the Robert Harper Sr family tree I have, Jesse is listed with several siblings. I am descended from the first one on the list.

William, married Mary Cowen in 1805, he died 1840. Also listed are Lewis, Sarah, Absalom, Anne and Seaborn with no dates. Alexander Thornton, 1776-1815, married a Tabitha. Samuel Jackson, 1784-1830
