Biography

William J. Harper was born in 1836 in Wayne County, Georgia to James Harper, Sr. and Mary Smith.[1] He married Harriett Kelly in 1854 in Wayne County, Georgia.[2][3] William passed away in 1899 in Marion County, Florida and is buried in the Orange Springs Cemetery in Marion County, Florida.[4]
