Charles was born about 1776 in Ireland, the son of William Harper and Elizabeth (Johnson) Harper. In 1850, Charles was age 74 and living in Athens Township, Athens County, Ohio.[1]
Charles passed away in 1854 and is buried at Hocking Cemetery in Athens County, Ohio.[2]
