A William Daniel Harper married a Sarah Ellis in St Dunstan's Chruch, Stepney on 15th June 1818. This is only 1.7 miles from St George in the East where Rhoda got married. The next closest would be a William Harper and a Sarah Barnard who married at St James, Paddington on 12 August 1821. Either of these could be Rhoda's Parents.
