I Ezekiel Harper of the County of Meigs and State of Ohio a farmer being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say –

1. I give and bequeath unto my son Theadore a comfortable and substantial living or suppoart during his life time and all other nessary expence for his comfort and the real estate or personal property that I owen or posess at my decease shall be and is herein bound for the same should the proceeds or rental of the above named property not be sufficient for his support then a part of the above named property may be sold to pay for his support including doctor bills and nurces if nessary and the above son Theadores shall have his home on the place the I now posess.

2. I have and bequeath to my daughter Malissa Ann substantial by the same in all respects as I will to my son Theadores as states above and that my real estate and personal property is substancally bound for the same and that she Malissa Ann holds and to have her home the same as my son Theadores as above named.

3. At the deaths of my son Theadores and daughter Malissa Ann then all the property that may belong to my estate real or personal shall be sold and equally devided between my other children namely Alma J. Ralph, Theopelas J Harper, Lydia S Ralph, Granville W Harper, Lovina L Bennett.

4. I also will that the probate Judge appoint a suitable man to execute this my last Will and testament and that this Will be carried out the the letter in all respects and that no relative be appointed.
