Biography
John was born in 1874,[1] the sixth of eleven children to Dr Henry Quincy Harper and Cassandra M Stone.[2] His siblings were: Mary A E, William Peterson, Henry Goodloe, Catherine A, George Baxter, Burwellina C Robert Goodloe Sr, May, Anne, and Mildred.[3]
