James Oharra married Elizabeth Davis on February 5,1782 in Virginia. [1]
James Harrah died in 1821 leaving a will in Montgomery Co., Kentucky naming his wife Elizabeth; sons: Robert, Samuel, Daniel, Charles, and John; daughters: Sarah; Jane, wife of Robert Harrah; May ; Elizabeth Brown; and Margaret Harrah, wife of William Harrah. [2]
He is buried in the Springfield Cemetery, Bath County, Kentucky.[3]
