334. Calvin Sanford Harrah b. Sedalia, MO, 31 July 1888, d. Oklahoma City, 4 Jan 1974, m. Tyler, TX, 14 Nov. 1919, Ruth Kelly, daughter of Thomas Jesse and Monnie (Lacy) Kelly, b. Big Sandy, TX, 3 Oct. 1893. Calvin was a member of the National Guards of Oklahoma 1914-17 when the Guard was inducted into the US Army overseas; 31 July 1918 to 17 March 1919 in France; Commander of Co. A, 111th Am. Th. 36th Division; discharged 18 April 1919. Officers Reserve Corps active to 1937; retired as colonel in August 1948. In 1955 Calvin and Ruth were residents of Oklahoma City; he was accountant with the American Legion Dept. Headquarters; member of American Legion. Methodists. Ruth at Oklahoma City, 1978.
