Biography

Ida Katherine, daughter of Benjamin Harrell and Maryann Roberts, was born in January 1860 in Nacogdoches, Texas.

She married Beauford Oscar Boothe on 15 February 1881 in Bell County, Texas. They had three daughters between 1881 and 1885. Beauford died around 1885.

Ida remarried to Robert H. Penick and had more children. The 1900 census shows the three daughters of Ida and Beauford Boothe - Myra, Leona and Ethel - living in the household of Robert H Penick and his wife Ida C.

Ida died in 1934 in Rule, Haskell County, Texas.
