Benjamin was born in 1768. He is the son of Asa Harriman and Elizabeth Todd. Pierce noted that he was "the first white child born at Buckstown," and in 1790 he was a head of household in Township 1, which would become Bucksport, ME[1] p. 79.

1791: Elizabeth "Betsy" Todd Harriman, born 1791 in NH and died 1858 in Sandy Point, Maine. She was Mrs. Crocker.
1792: Hezekiah Herriman (Capt.) in Plaistow, New Hampshire 12/23/1792. Died Oct 9, 1843. It is stated in Ancestry that he chose to change his last name from Harriman to Herriman, the German version.[2] He is buried at Mt. Prospect Cemetery in Stockton Springs, Maine.
1794 Twins: Joseph Harriman 2 Nov 1794 in Plaistow MA where he died weeks later on 15 Jan 1795. AND Twin Benjamin Harriman. Benjamin served in the War of 1812.
1797: Capt. Lyman Harriman born in Tunbridge, VT and died in 1848 in Prospect, Waldo County Maine.

1802: Sally Harriman who was born on April 29, 1802, in Tunbridge, Vermont. I cannot find where she lived to adulthood/Donna M. Cator
1804: Judath Harriman who was born on April 6, 1804, in Tunbridge, Vermont. She lived until 6 Mar 1889; married to Japheth Grant and buried in the Grant Cemetery in Jackson, Waldo County, ME.
1806: Royal Harriman (Later on grave is Herriman) who was born on January 1, 1806, in Tunbridge, Vermont. When he was 47, he as a crew member on the Ship Helen T Ryder [3]
1810: Nelson Todd Harriman who was born on July 17, 1810, in Prospect, Maine, but it is not known if he lived to adulthood.
