Benjamin Harriman was born on 2 Nov 1794 in Plaistow, Rockingham, New Hampshire, United States. His parents were Benjamin Buck Harriman (1768 - ) and Mary (Cheney) Harriman (1767 - 1841).


Benjamin married Catherine Emerson (1792 - 1885).

Their daughter was Mary (Harriman) Carter (~1826 - 1907).

Benjamin died on 28 Feb 1863 in Frankfort, Waldo, Maine aged 68.
