At Burlington, Jan. 19, Mary Harrington Tryon, widow of the late Roger B. Kellogg, aged 92.[1]
NOTICE.
The resident proprietors of the City of Burlington, in the County of Chittenden, are hereby notified that the Taxes assesed [sic] by said City for the year 1889, remain unpaid on the following described property in said City, to wit: Land and buildings thereon situated on the West side of St. Paul street, the same being house now occupied by Mary Tryon Kellogg as a delwelling [sic] and building occupied by James Bingham as a show shop, all set to Mary Tryon Kellogg in which she has a life lease, and so much of said property will be sold at Public Auction at my office, 158 Main street, in said City on the 27th day of February next, at 12 o'clock, noon, as shall be requisite to discharge said taxes with costs unless previousley [sic] paid. J>E> LAVELL, Constable and Collector of City Taxes. Dated at said City of Burlington, the 19th day of January A.D. 1892.[2]
