Oliver Harriott was born in about 1673.[1] He was probably the son of Oliver Harriott.[2]

He was living along the Gunpowder River in Baltimore County, Province of Maryland, by about 1699.[1]

He married Ann Richardson née Taylor, in Baltimore County, Province of Maryland, before 13 June 1711, when she is identified as Ann, wife of Oliver Harriott in the probate file for Lawrence Richardson's estate.[3] Ann died on 13 May 1716.[4]

After Ann's death, Oliver married Susannah Morrow on 13 October 1717.[5]
