DAR records show a Claiborn Harris m Judith (with a son Benjamin - this Benjamin), born Hanover County c1740, died before 1810.
The son Benjamin appears to be this Benjamin ([Harris-1080]).
The DAR records also include a second Claiborn Harris, who m Sarah (with a son Edmond), born Eastern Virginia 1735, died 1789.
The second has a note that "Future applicants must prove correct service" becaue "this service rendered of another man of the same name see Claiborn Harris A051552" (the first Claiborn, with son Benjamin).
The WikiTree profile Harris-15410 is for a Claiborne Harris who matches neither of those records, but seems to maybe be intended to represent one of them (born 1725, died 1788, married Judith Coleman with a son Goldman born 1758).
