You are now a confirmed member, and you can get started adding your family members. As we've said, WikiTree is quite different from other genealogy sites. So, we've put together a guided tour to help you learn how to use it. Your first stop is How to Start Climbing Our Tree.

I would like to suggest that you edit your tag(s) to show any surnames, locations or historical events that you're researching individually. If you add geographical information (such as country/state of origin) and dates (eg. 1800's, mid 1900's etc.)as well as relationships (Parents, Grandparents etc)to your tags, it will make it easier for others to find you. Once you save your tags, you'll be able to click them and see a list of other WikiTree genealogists who are also researching those subjects. For surnames, there will be another tab on that page that shows you all of the profiles with that name. You'll also get notifications in your daily & weekly emails when there is activity relevant to your tags. Please let me know if you have any questions!
