Biography

Daniel was born about 1705 in Hanover Virginia. He married Mary Hutchins, daughter of Nicolas Hutchins and Mary Watkins, in 1729, Cedar Creek, Hanover Virginia. Together they had several children. Daniel passed away about 1747 in Hanover Virginia.

Daniel's Father, John Harris was one of the founders of the Cedar Creek Society of Friends of Hanover County. In 1904 a forest fire destroyed the Cedar Creek Meeting House. The Cedar Creek Meeting was established in 1721, and laid down in about 1874.

Hi, I'm just wondering what the source is to show John Harrison born 1657 in Yorkshire was the father of a Daniel Harris born in America in 1705?

I don't think that Daniel Harris here can belong to this John Harris. John was born in 1703 and Daniel in 1705.
