She and her husband Elisha Kirksey named their first child West Harris Kirksey. Patience was b. in NC c1785. Is she a child of Turner Harris?

Turner was born in Brunswick County, Virginia. He moved with his family to Granville County, North Carolina, when he was about 1 year old.[1]

Turner married Elizabeth Rush. They made their home in Montgomery County, North Carolina.[1]

Turner represented the Uwharrie Baptist Church at the Yadkin River Baptist Association Meeting in 1791.[1]

I don't have anything in Turner Harris' file except Turner himself, Angela. Ask Liz Shifflett. (Noland-165) She has done a lot of work on the Harris line and can probably answer your question or tell you where to look.
