Sarah Harris was born on 14 October 1798 at Banbury in Oxfordshire,
the daughter of Robert Harris and his wife Elizabeth.
She was baptised at the Congregational Church in Banbury on 7 August 1799

In 1851, Sarah Williams was living at Horse Fair in Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire
with her husband Thomas and two of their daughters.
