Biography

HUGH was born in 1690. He is the son of Hugh Harris and Elizabeth Brinton. He passed away in 1760. [1]

Hugh HARRY of the Township of Kennett in the county of Chester in the province of "Pennsilvania" and ELIZABETH WICKERSHAM of aforesaid township, county , and province accomplished their said Intentions of Marriage the 24 day of first month 1731.[2]

HUGH HARRY died about 1760. His Last Will and Testament was proven 24 July 1760 in Chester County, Pennsylvania.[3] The following persons were noted in his will:

  • beloved wife ELISABETH HARRY
  • son JAMES HARRY
  • daughter ELISABETH HARRY
  • son STEPHEN HARRY
  • son JESSE HARRY
  • son BENJAMIN HARRY
  • son NATHAN HARRY
  • son THOMAS HARRY
  • son EVAN HARRY appointed Executor

He noted for his three younger children, JESSE, BENJAMIN and NATHAN until they and each of them arrive at the age of 16 years.
