Biography
William was born in 1851 in Cook County, Illinoise. He moved to Kansas in 1879 and married Harriet Selfridge in 1883. They had 4 children.
He passed away at age 52. According to his obituary, he was returning home after plowing fields when a summer storm hit. He was truck by lightening, and was killed instantly.
