Edward Harrison was born on 25 Mar 1805, and christened on 14 May 1805 at Kirkby Chapel in the parish of Walton, Lancashire. The family's address was recorded as Kirkby. He was the son of Edward and Catherine Harrison.
Edward's mother died in 1831, and was buried on 20 Jun 1831 at St Chad's Church in Kirkby, Lancashire. Her age was recorded as 65, her address as Eccleston township in the parish of Prescot, and she was described as the wife of Edward Harrison.
By June 6th 1841, the family were living in Tithe Barn House, Eccleston. Edward senior was a farmer; his three sons William, Edward and John were agricultural labourers, no occupation is listed for his daughters. Only one of his known children, Henry, was not in the household.
Edward died in 1847, aged 42, and was buried on 8 Jun 1847 at St Chad's Church in Kirkby, Lancashire. His address was recorded as Huyton town.
