Biography

Jean was born about 1779. Jean Harrison ... She passed away in 1835. [1]

His (William Cravens) wife survived him nine years, and then died in holy triumph, in April, 1835, aged 80. Mrs. Cravens was a "mother in Israel," one of the "excellent of the earth," full of love and good works, industrious, frugal, courageous — a fitting helpmeet for the bold frontier preacher.[2]
