Research notes

1. There are inconsistencies in Forrest's full name. While most sources list him as Forrest H. Harrison, Maxwell Henry Fellows lists him as Frank Forrest Harrison.^[1] Family members recall him as Hank and cite his full name as Forrest Henry Harrison.^[2] This is consistent with the information on his headstone.^[3]
